Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using CyberAPI's threat intelligence API service ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.
2. API Access and Usage
2.1 API Keys
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API keys. You must not share your API keys publicly or with unauthorized parties. Any activity conducted using your API key is your responsibility.
2.2 Rate Limits
Your API usage is subject to rate limits based on your subscription tier:
- Startup: 10,000 requests/month
- Business: 50,000 requests/month
Exceeding your rate limit may result in temporary service suspension or additional charges.
2.3 Prohibited Uses
You may not use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe on intellectual property rights
- Attempt to reverse engineer or circumvent security measures
- Resell or redistribute API access without authorization
- Generate excessive load or abuse the service
- Use for illegal surveillance or harassment
3. Billing and Payments
3.1 Subscription Fees
Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance via Stripe. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
3.2 Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds will be provided for partial months.
4. Service Availability
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with reasonable notice.
5. Data Accuracy
While we use industry-leading threat intelligence sources and machine learning models, we do not guarantee 100% accuracy. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. You are responsible for validating results before taking action.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CyberAPI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by CyberAPI and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
8. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Italy, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
